I’ve learned that leadership is not always about being the loudest voice in the room. It can mean listening carefully, asking better questions, understanding perspectives that differ from your own, and creating space for others to contribute.

Through Model UN, gender-equity leadership, consulting, and global nonprofit work, I’ve become interested in how history, culture, policy, economics, and identity shape the decisions people and institutions make.
